Processing time

Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or altered items may take longer; we'll contact you with an estimate.

Shipping within Australia

• Free shipping on orders of $99 or more
• Flat $8.99 on orders under $99
• Sent with Sendle or Australia Post, usually arriving in 2–7 business days

Click & collect (free)

Choose "Pick up" at checkout and collect from Nepmart, 461B Princes Highway, Rockdale NSW 2216, open 11 am to 6 pm, 7 days. We'll message you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Please bring your order number.

International shipping

Flat $35 to most countries, usually arriving in 7–21 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
